Our Terms and Conditions

*Please read carefully*

We don't have many terms and conditions but as we supply each order hand made from the beginning we hope you understand our need to have a few!

Upon initial request, we will send a maximum of two samples of different designs before we must charge for these, so please choose your samples carefully!!

All orders MUST be received at least six weeks before you are due to SEND your invitations out.
We recommend sending your invitations out as soon as you can, therefore please take this into consideration when ordering and confirming your stationery.

After our initial consultations, we will firstly draft up a proof sample for you to have a good look at and approve.

It is your responsibility to check this, confirm it to us and agree to move forward with your order. We will make and send up to 3 proofs free of charge, after which we will levy a small fee for more proofs.

Once the design, layout, colour and wordings are agreed, we will invoice you for the full amount, send your our contract and we will require a deposit of 25% of the total cost, which is non refundable.

Upon receipt of your approved invoice, signed contract and deposit, we will start working our magic and your stationery will be with you within six weeks. We will at all times keep in contact with you, and of course, be available for you to contact us. Please also note that at this stage we will have started to work upon your order and no amendments can be made.

Once we have completed your order we will be in contact, and full cleared payment will be required to release your stationery to you.

Any delivery within the UK will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Postage and packing is free on orders over £350.00.

For orders below £350.00 or to Europe/Rest of World, we will advise you of postage costs.
