CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We take our customers personal information very seriously and use only SSL encrypted payment processes through Paypal. We at Sparkle Dreams do not see any of your financial information and you DO NOT have to be a Paypal customer to pay through Paypal, you can make one off payments at any time.

PAYMENT WITH CHEQUE / POSTAL ORDER

Should you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, continue onto our shopping basket page and at the end of the page/process select "sterling cheque" to enable our basket to recognise your choice. This will create an invoice for you, which you will be able to print off and include with your cheque or postal order.

If payment has not been received by Sparkle Dreams within 7 days of you placing your order, we will cancel your order. As you will appreciate, we will ensure the cheque has cleared into our bank before sending out your goods. This usually takes between 4-7 days.

Please make all cheques payable to Sparkle Dreams.

We are only able to accept cheques drawn in pounds sterling from UK bank accounts.

PACKING AND POSTAGE

We aim to process any orders placed Monday-Friday within 48 hours. If any item is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or e mail within 24 hours. We will offer to ship all goods in stock and then ship any out of stock items when they arrive, with free postage.

Any orders placed at the weekend will be processed the next working day.

For mainland UK the standard postage cost is set at £ 2.50.

NB We do not operate a minimum order, but postage costs are always applied.

Orders from Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Eire, and Europe will be charged accordingly. Standard postage costs only apply to mainland UK, all other destinations will be sent via fixed rate which will apply in your shopping basket.

RETURNS

Please contact us immediately on 01793 979101 upon receipt of your parcel if the contents are damaged, or if in the unlikely event of the goods being incorrect.

When ordering goods over the Internet, you are able to review your purchases for up to seven days within your own home. If within seven days you make the decision not to keep your products, you are entitled to return them to Sparkle Dreams unopened and in their original, re-saleable condition as you received them, for a full refund - less the cost of the postage.

*Please note, Sparkle Dreams cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, please obtain a certificate of your proof of posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us.
